The Mitsubishi Motors Badminton Horse Trials has always attracted members of the Royal Family, The Queen was a regular visitor when her daughter Princess Anne took part in the 3 Day event in the 70ies. Prince Michael was an annual visitor, and now Princess Anne watches her Daughter Zara take part. This year there was another first as Prince Edward payed a flying visit, arriving at the front of the House in a Royal helicopter to meet his regiment, the Wessex Yeomanry, for a private reception.

Prince Charles and his partner Camilla Parker-Bowles at a Charity polo match at Cirencester Park in Gloucestershire, England. The event raised funds for charities of which Mrs Parker-Bowles is president. She hosted the event and mingled with the crowd, which included personalities such as Joan Rivers and TV presenter Annie Walker.

WW2 celebrations

Prince Harry takes part in the World War 2 celebration parade in the Mall London where a 1,000,000 people had gathered. It was his first major public outing. He traveled in an open carriage with Charles and Camilla. The Royal Family came ot onto the balcony of the Palace.
